      It wasn't that bad , now a bushel of berries would be some labor lol

    I made a batch of syrup prior to seeing your video… after the water bath and waiting 24hrs my syrup solidified like jelly. The recipe did not call for pectin but a bit more sugar than your recipe. Can this be thinned and reprocessed?

      I would just add more juice to them and re can . Hope that helps

    I cheat and start with the food processor for berries and the like. It makes my life easier. Looks yummy.

      That is easier I reckon , I've done that with strawberries . Haven't try it with blackberries , I worry about all those seeds . I replied to your email btw
