My favorite parts of beekeeping are the people I have met because of the hobby, when the winter is over and I look into the hives and find 85% of the hives doing well, the challenge of making improvements on the process. My least favorite part is selling the honey. I could of course sell it at a wholesale price but the money loss forces me to try and retail the product so the hobby pays for itself. Thanks for video like always.

Great video with some great guys. Love'd hearing about the goals of each beek.
I'm sure your bees are starting to getter going there in TN. My maples are only a few days away but we got a cold spell coming Tuesday and it is suppose to get into the single digits which may freeze the blooms. Still got 17 out of 18 kicking.

When selling flavored honey does the FDA and others have to be involved I can see it at local flea market but for stores i could see a problem.

I see some beekeepers using others to package their honey to sell to grocery stores.
