I think it’d be really cool if capcom remade code Veronica first instead of Nemesis, since many people at capcom state that code Veronica is actually Resident Evil 3.
It's kinda funny in videogames and movies like this when a character can get wacked on the head like Claire did before the flashback and be just fine, when in reality that would probably cause massive brain damage.

I don't think so, the remakes didn't follow the original trama, Capcom wants to delete all Shinji Mikami trail. In RE3 we have a normal Jill, with her fear against Nemesis, and Brad Vickers being killed by the Nemesis. In the remake we have a foul-mouthed Jill, that no fears the Nemesis and brad being killed by a generic zombie, and of course deleting original places.
The remakes should respect the essence of the original game, maintaining the original scenaries and story, or expanding it, but no replacing the original things with lazy and stupid things.
Still the most epic opening of any resident evil game and I hope hope hope that it’s just as epic if not more epic in the remake if it ever does get a remake

When I was a kid, I didn't realize the building was under attack by Wesker's troops, and I thought Umbrella security was just really aggressive and incompetent.
This is one of the issues I have with Code Veronica. As cool as this intro was, Claire Redfield, who is a COLLEGE STUDENT, going all Rambo on an entire Umbrella Facility was a bit ridiculous. I mean, yes, she survived the Raccoon City Incident, but that's a LITTLE DIFFERENT than fighting your way through a facility full of highly trained soldiers, and attack helicopters!

Ever since Code Veronica, Claire has been retconned into a redhead, which every RE game and comic followed since. This means that in the original RE2 she has red hair. The Remake ignores this change sadly.
