I feel saddened by seeing the filth in the gutters, but I also see an opportunity for the beautiful people of Ghana. The government should provide luxurious places in parts of the city where people can use a private room to shit, shave, shower/bathe. If someone wants to use the luxury bathhouse, they must do things that help keep the streets/gutters clean and neat. When they work to help clean they will get tokens. The tokens can be redeemed for using luxury bath house facilities. The people would need to design a system that they agree to; otherwise it won’t work. Those gutters need to be CLOSED! The men should make concrete bars and take them to cover gutters. That’s another thing people can get tokens for.
