The people of Ghana must thank the Almighty God very much for the good things HE has been doing for them. Where in this world are they not encountering such flood when it rains? In other so called first world countries when it rains, it takes even buildings with humans living in, flushing them away as if they are a mere things. It’s a warning from the Almighty God to draw our attention to repent and stick to HIM only because HIS coming is near.
A few years ago there was serious flooding in the Northern region. You dont seem to realise this is annual flooding which means our urban areas cannot accommodate with these frequent and what should be benign occurences. But what you are talking about are rare events that take place with decades in between. Like the drought in the 1980s in Ghana.
Look at the dirt in the water, As it's raining like this people are still emptying their garbage into the water then it will block snd fuel the flood situation.
My friend, this natural event happens everywhere, even in America 🇺🇸. It’s less dangerous in Ghana 🇬🇭, as compared to other countries like the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Italy and even most parts of the United States, where I live

Because of stupidity the plan of the late Dr. Kofi Abirifa Busua drew for the building of Kaneshie was thrown away and this was the one they drew and ever since there has been problems anytime it rains in our dear country Ghana Accra the capital to be precise the authorities must go to the archives and see if only it has been thrown away thks

OK if Accra is low land,what is Akufo and Minister of Highway doing?Every year the same problem when this is going to stop so that market people will be free, they want the water to swipe them away? Even Akufo ,Bawumia and others they don't care because they lived in a good houses and good areas, all that they knew pocket Ghanaian's money in their pocket and now their houses are now called Bank For house .Please becareful so that the water will not swipe u are away. Have you seen the floods that periodically occur in Dubai? 🙄 Large airplanes and trucks become grounded for several days. Flooding happens in most advanced countries - Germany, Italy and America, as well; and, those floods kill people most times. So, please, spare Ghana 🇬🇭 and your politicians. If the government will rebuild for better drainage systems, fine! But do not be too harsh, since, even the New York subway systems flooded for almost a week and train transport halted. By the way, the rains and flooding would not stop when John Mahama returns

We have blocked all gutters and put containers on top of them, we throw rubbish about even though we know it is not good, we build in unauthorised places to block flow of water, when these buildings are going to be demolished we cry out against it saying the Government is unfeeling so what should He do. What is happening is the results of our own doing. Did you see the amount of rubbish floating on the water? I don't think it is Akuffo Addo who put the rubbish there
