- Since I've seen so many comments recently from folks telling me they're nostalgic for the old fashioned long-form cheat day style videos, I thought it might be a laugh to spend my birthday casually consuming a fair bit of tasty grub...
It's not often I get to try out local places and dabble a bit, so I thought the anniversary of my arrival on planet earth seemed like the perfect excuse. I'm having a week off now to ease off and prepare for a bit more travelling; hope you enjoy this bumper episode in the mean time and I'll catch you next Sunday at 7pm UK time as usual!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

How do folks! I hope you’re all fine and dandy out there. Tonight’s video is long over due; meaning I filmed it a while back and flapped about with the editing for ages. Still, it’s a change of pace so those of you who’ve been asking for longer videos might enjoy it…not to mention Sister Beard makes a cameo!
I’ve eaten a lot lately, so I’m taking a week off to get control of the old love handles, reflect on reaching 1.5 million generous subscribers and spend some time with the family. I’ll be back next Sunday at 7pm UK time with another restaurant challenge and we’ll be hitting the road plenty coming in to the end of the year!

This was good. Do more like this. There are a lot of eating shows; I watch yours because you're clever. Not so much for the eating, which is impressive, but for the commentary and, in longer pieces such as this one, the narrative...the story.

For real!! I love Five Guys but after a big juicy double, I always feel lethargic as shit 10 mins later.
If this comment didn't already exist it was about to, what a man.
I used to work there 12-15 hr shifts so it was my only food source for hours. So let’s just say it gets easy after awhile when you’re one of the busiest five guys in the world haha!

Don’t shy away from longer videos, they have their place. I’m actually slightly disappointed when I see a 8min video, I like to sit down and enjoy something a bit longer.

I'm 82 hours into a 6 day fast and I'm binge watching your videos. I don't know why but it's helping with my hunger.

6 day fast sounds very dangerous
6 day fast is insane unless you mean only eating at night.
During my last 5 day fast, I found that watching food videos helped. I don't understand why.
I'm doing a 7 day dry fast (no water or food). I always seem to watch eating videos when I fast

Long form content is the best. The viewers get to better know the creator and it’s engages the audience so much better. I remember watching back in 2015-16 when I owned my own business and let’s the videos just play while I work. Cool to see how far this has gone
