You can dissolve half teaspoon of calcium nitrate in water and spray on the plant. Or pour it under the plant. If you are spraying do it in the afternoon . Otherwise the hot sun can burn the leaves.

It is due to pest attack. You have to control pests by using pesticides. They can destroy the tender flower buds before they bloom
