Her entrance is so strong and you can perfectly see the adulterous and desperate princess who can and will do anything to keep her lover next to her. I must admit I find it hard to understand the fervently admiratory comments for this video. It is true that Cossotto was truly great in her prime, but she is well past it here, and I personally feel that her timbre has become unpleasant and her vibrato obtrusive.
