What is minimum startup voltage? is it stable at low input or does it struggle and restart below ~5Watts like mpt 7210a ? I am curious if its an "upgrade" if i add another charger one day.

It seems to be stable at about 9V. I’m working on another video testing the charge controller in a real setup.
