Another Great Video! waiting for mine to come in this Monday with the 27won cold air intake system and their front mount intercooler kit. Any advice on my install order on the three kits? Was their any noticeable gains in performance, fuel gains etc.
Nice! Remove oem intake first. Then swap out the inlet pipes (old for new) then swap out the intercooler. And then last install the new intake system. Should notice more tourqe and better throttle response.
I started it but I'm giving up. I don't know how to get the bolts out without losing them and then get them back in. This is ridiculous. I wish I had magnetic sockets but I can't find any anywhere online.
Yeah its tricky to out the bottom one back on. I used electrical tape to tape the bolt onto the socket so it wont fall off. After you tighten it a bit just pull the socket off, remove the tape and finish tightening the bolt.
@@MoisesEmpire so I got those bolts out but the inlet won't come out. I removed 3 x 12mm bolts. Is there a 10mm at the bottom? I can't figure out what's holding it in place but it feels like it's towards the bottom.
Hey, I noticed the 10th gen civics Florida shirt. Is that a car club you are in? Asking because I have a 10th gen civic si and live in south Florida, and think it would be cool to meet up with fellow civic lovers!
Its not really a car club. Its a group page on Facebook where we all talk about our cars and ask questions if we need help with anything and at times if there are any local events, we go and hang out. Go on Facebook and look up the group and apply to join. Im an admin of the group so ill be able to accept u into it.
Wondering if you could help me... I have the injen cold air intake as well.. I asked 27won if their coupling would fit out intake... the said only the 27won or prl intake.. that the didnt have a coupler to hook up to injens intake... did you have to order a special coupler for this or u just ordered the 27won TIP and it came with what you needed
It came with what we needed. Ordered it with the 27won non si intake option. You just gotta make sure that you tighten the clamp good. I did hear that they are working on coupling for the injen intake but I dont know when that will be released.
Just got mine this week, going to be installing it in a few weeks along with a catless DP at the same time. Can't wait! Also like the red touches, where are all of those red hoses from?
They not mine. This is my friends car but they are not carbon fiber. She bought the regular plastic covers on ebay and then had them hydrodiped in a carbon fiber pattern.
Yes. It fits all civics with the 1.5T engine and yes it works with PRL intake. When u go to buy it there is an option to pick what intake you have so they can send you the proper intake hose.
take your car to a very good speed shop dont ,install this your self people, if its wrong you can blame your self, if shop is wrong they have to fix it and make it right for you
I would agree with this for complicated installs but this part is just installed with 3 nuts and 3 bolts. Anyone can do this particular install with simple tools.
yo where did you get your engine bay covers the carbon fiber... all that shit .. tell me where you got everythiung you got going on asf far as asthetics in the bay please!

Great channel, very underrated.
Thanks!! I appreciate that!!
Underrated channel fo sho!
Thanks! Appreciate that!
Cant wait to get mine in. I just got mine 3 days ago
Idk if I wanna get this one or the PRL when its released. Im just waiting to get more info on the PRL one so I can make a good decision.
@@MoisesEmpire The one from PRL it’s going to be in three pieces and not one solid piece like 27won is
@@deerkings yeah which should make it easier to install lol.

3 bolts and 1 nut hold it in place
@@MoisesEmpire yeah I've removed all of them. I actually removed 4 bolts. Can you send me the URL to the tutorial you were looking at?
Its an app u gotta download call Dozuki
Hello, nice and clean engine bay,… what turbo blanket you got PTP for 1.5t?
Thanks! Its the PTP turbo blanket.
@@MoisesEmpire for the civic 1.5 right?
Yeah.
Is that carb legal in california or no..
It should be. Its just a bigger pipe flr more airflow. It doesn't have any sensors attached to it so nothing changes in the ecu

Link on engine cover? Is that real carbon fiber?
Its on ebay. No not real carbon. She had it hydrodiped. Originally it was black and red.
Bro! I was about to ask on the comments!!! That looks clean...
Can you provide for a link?
@@Alex209902 dont have a link but its easy to find. Just look up civic engine cover on ebay.
Where did you get the red hoses ? Nice video btw !
Thanks! This was done on a friend's car and I'm not sure where she got the red hoses.
that carbon frame around the engine bay is hot though! Where does one get one of those!
Its not real carbon. Just took the plastic ones and had them hydro dipped in a carbon patter.

I have an Injen cold air intake and would like to install this 27 won inlet my question is this would fit.on an injen intake perfectly?
I think it does fit. Check the 27won website. They say what fits.
Does he have an upgraded rear motor mount? And where did he get those red hoses from? PRL?
No to the motor mount and the red hoses are the HPS coolant hose kit.
Just got mine this week, going to be installing it in a few weeks along with a catless DP at the same time. Can't wait! Also like the red touches, where are all of those red hoses from?

Do you have to have a upgraded turbo to use an inlet pipe
No. This one mounts to the stock turbo.
Hello Moises! Does this require an adjustment with the ktuner?
Nope. Just plug and play.
Thanks you very much Bro 🔥🔥🔥
Got a quick question did your check engine lights come on what do ever?
Nope. Never did. This part is safe and dose not require any tuning.
I wonder why my check engine light is on?
Is this Fk7 running a KTUNER? Or Any type of tune
@@chrislemus5636 maybe u forgot to plug something in?
@@chrislemus5636 yes its on ktuner but its not needed to run this inlet pipe.
Hello there Bro! In ktuner quick enables there is the option of the 4 map sensor. Is it good to disable it or not?
The 4 bar map sensor option? That should already be disabled unless you bought a 4 bar map sensor to replace the OEM ones.
@@MoisesEmpire Ok. Thanks Bro 🔥🔥🔥
Your welcome! U have an Si?
@@MoisesEmpire Yes, Civic Si 2020 coupe.
Nice. They dont have 4 bar map sensor option for non Si civics yet so I can't get it. 😭
Will this inlet pipe fit with the Honda Hatchback EX?
Also, will it be able to connect to a PRL Short ram intake?
Yes. It fits all civics with the 1.5T engine and yes it works with PRL intake. When u go to buy it there is an option to pick what intake you have so they can send you the proper intake hose.
The smoke coming out is normal?
We got some of the radiator fluid on the turbo so that smoke was just that fluid burning.
Did someone paint the 27won red? Looks awesome especially in that engine bay.
Yeah the owner of the car painted it with caliper paint using a small paint brush.

Its not the best but yeah its pretty good.

That 10th Gen though☺️ Good tutorial.
Thanks!!
How did the intake fit with that piece of siicone?
It fit fine but made the whole setup to long. Made the filter rest/rub on the ecu.
Have fun with no ac soon when it all leaks out because you bent the line lol
Wasnt bent much and you have to do it for it to fit.
Im just jamming to dakiti
Good song
