Dividing Bearded Iris: Everything You Need to Know to Make more Iris

Dividing plants is my favorite way to make more plants of a pre-existing plant, for free. While it's true that not all plants can be divided (propagated through division), one plant that loves to be propagated this way is the German Bearded Iris, Iris germanica. In this video I show you exactly how to do this, and while I am using a potted Iris, the process is the same for garden grown Iris.
