Just an FYI, Living Rubber is the actual material. Back in the say most skirts were living rubber, now so many are silicone. You are absolutely right living rubber is a more lifelike action. I prefer living rubber but it gets harder to find. Great video. I haven't fished the CT River since 1986 when I fished a Bassin America trail and we launched out of Bellows Falls, Vermont. Didn't do to well in that one.
I don’t think your gonna respond to this but I’ll give it a try, I have a John boat I do not have a trolling motor on it yet what motor do you use? Or reccmomd
The pike right at the boat at 20:15 was awesome
The casting noises make it sound so good

You are an old school bass assassin. That’s a compliment! Thanks for that info on the skirts.
What part of the Connecticut river were you guys fishing that day?

Can u show what you use on u John boat like the rod stands and stuff
What state is this in? Don’t usually see that eel grass in the sections i fish

Just curious where you drop in? If you don’t mind sharing that much. I’m from SNH haven’t been on the CT much.
There are LOTS of holes in the net
