You should maybe be pulling the sump on the RB and check your big end torques, seen it on a few engines that have been over revved from a money shift, where it can weaken/stretch the big end bolts, then next thing you’ve a rod through the block, just a thought

stick WD40 inside the head stud hole that was "loose" and blow compressed air through it and lookinside the water gallery, if you see oil streaming out into water jacket. You need a new block. also check hole from bottom of stud hole for cracks.
Would be interesting to see data logs on the jee dee ahh to see if it over boosted or detonated. The turbo isn’t huge so I’m leaning towards Det since the turbo was probably out of efficiency at that much rpm. Just spit balling but I bet it was cutting ignition for the rev limiter and the inertia pushed it through the limiter. That motor probably needs a lot of fuel under load near peak power, so it probably dieseled a big batch of E.
