If I had a nickel for every time I cried over the death of an older anthropomorphic goat man in a video game, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
in the trailers leading up to the games release i thought rauru was gonna be a central villain and then he turned out to be one of my favorite characters in the whole game!
@@demantimtrue. I feel that many of the most interesting designs of places, people, etc. are left to the past in Zelda games. I think that the mood profits off of the feeling of how cool stuff USED to be, to enhance the overwhelming amount of bad things that are happening. Luckily, though, in games like breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom, we still get many chances to interact with the lost technology and ancient creatures. It’s pretty neat!
Totally agreed, TotK fares even worse than BotW in that regard (not giving the music the room to breathe *and* having enormous amounts of silence/white noise :P) . Time to start extendiiiiing!

I try to learn playing piano now and I WANT TO do it right. Therefore I started to see first hand what enormous experience and skill you and the other musicians have. It is so nice to be able to appreciate a new skill and also sad at the same time that you can't understand that playing like this is not "easy" before seriously trying yourself. It takes years to execute that on this way. I am happy to play the first...few seconds tho...with one hand..
this is incredible. I was a bit sad at how short this piece was, because it is one of my favorites from totk. But this video gave me exactly what I wanted and more. Amazing job.

Hearing a longer version like this makes me wish the farewell scene was a bit longer.
Wish we actually saw him, it's such a cool design, but it's only Translucent Tutorial Man and then Cutscene Guy. Oh well.
