This worked great for me, thank you
Providing the fruit pieces were small enough, could this syrup be added to a soft-serve mix?

Legendary maker
Sir,It was great . Can we make a fruit slice icecream? If yes , please make a video....Thanks...
Hey Steve, can we say the fruit syrup is just like the fruit crush that we find in the market..?
Steve, any resources to serve as a starting point for type of fruit/sugar ratio?
I generally go 1 to 1/4 - So if i have 1 pound of strawberries,I go 1/4 lb of sugar. It depends on the fruit as some re more tart than others
Would this process still apply for dried fruit (like raisins?)
No not really = they probably need to be hydrated a little before putting in
I get ice crystals wen i use fruits in my ice cream ,please help.
How much fruit syrup to use?
I usually do about 3 cups per 2 gallon batch
My uncle's name is Roger.
Seriously, my kids and I have seriously considered starting a sweets biz (my 11 yo is spearheading it) and your channel has been so informative. We just purchased some waffle cone mix and we are looking at tiny ice cream carts. So fun!
Awesome - I hope our videos are helping - And sorry to hear your uncles name is roger
@@ScoopSchool so can you use a waffle cone maker listed as "for home use only" What is the difference? Just durability?
you better not be macerating in there.
