I watched only highlights os all games, but i really enjoyed the amount of plays where I saw the ball going through at least 4 players before getting the score.
watching thj and ron dive into the stands for preseason balls was awesome. the hustle was real that game. also duren went top shelf for that block. it was fucking crazy

I wanted them to add a third string PG since the day the last season ended. That belief has never been challenged whatsoever. I would have been happy with them signing somebody from AUS or MEX that is 40, as long as he can play without panicking. I didn't watch all of every game but what I saw of Duren was the most encouraging to me, I'm going to be watching him closely when the season starts.
Sasser did not come out until after the Pistons had regained every bit and more of the the lead they initially lost. Sasser's numbers from last year, combining his 36 minute stats, and his efficiency, have only been matched by 7 rookies ever - and all 7 of them are in, or will be in the Hall. That 5 man unit had not been used previously in the preseason. That they took a bit to get their feet under them is not any problem. Considering how high you were on Hayes, who has no talent at all compared to Sasser...

@@simepoh I know y'all are better, and this won't be a thing in the regular season at all it's just funny. It's probably just because our bench guys are all fighting for jobs meanwhile the starters were getting into shape. Still funny to consider though in a vacuum don't get so pressed 😹
This team needs to be less reliant on point guards. It's 2024. There are plenty of teams that do not use traditional point guards. The Detroit Pistons cannot afford to act like they need one.

Marcus Sasser is a shooting guard at best. We've needed a tru point since Mr. BIG SHOT. 1 or 2 outta free agencie asap if we wanna enjoy this season
