My mind goes extremely deep, yet its balanced. I ask my consciousness questions, it gives me answers. I'm in love with coffee again, it no longer makes me angry. Patience is my favourite superpower, therefore I love my life, because patience is needed in my kind of work and play. I just discovered ur channels last week and I'm loving every minute man thank you. I'm really struggling with some things. I'm going 4 weeks strong on semen retention but I can't seem to stop looking at women. Also like trying to get like a smile or something. I'm 30 years old and I've never had female attention my whole life. So I'm becoming addicted to this feeling when I get attention on sr. I hope I can overcome this but it's very difficult. And I'm afraid this obsession with female attraction could make me relapse. I'm going to stay strong but need some advice.

Ik had meditation with help and support where I was guided to the light but had to clear up family trauma and it was verry deep and heavy and felt like going true emotion hell but cleared up also a lot and feel much lighter now.
Maybe you can give some more information on being chosen to clearing up family trauma for generations
nice question. Am hopping he doesn’t that. Am a chosen person/black sheep in the family and I have notice there’s something bad about my family -- most especial the men. There has been an occurrence of an unseen/unknown evil things going against my extended family especially the men.
It looks like the creator wants to use me as a savior to change the family image and create a healthy future for our future generations but something bad happened to me mid of last year. I have been so cautious in everything I do but it’s was rather unfortunate it got me !

I don’t know why people struggle and end up to relapse. I don’t see the point of relapsing when you want to practice SEMEN RETENTION. It’s a no relapsing for me.

Wet dreams aren’t technically relapsing since you’re not consciously/intentionally doing it. Sure it’s unfortunate to lose some of that seed, but don’t look at it as a failure or as a lack of discipline. I’ve had 3 wet dreams in my current 35 day streak and haven’t considered them to be a relapse.
With time you will be able to wake up when the dream does not fit your inner self. Your self needs time to realign. In the end you will be able to change the course of your dreams

To some extent what you say is true. But the sex drive is not all about conditioning and the fact that society glamorizes sex through abundant images. It's hard-wired in us; biology plays a role, and we needn't introduce the spiritual/sex drive dichotomy. Bach, for example, one of the greatest classical composers ever (if not the greatest) had 16 or 20 children. His sex drive didn't detract from his creativity nor dull his mind. Many creative people masturbate sometimes and/or have children, and it isn't a problem. At the same time I would certainly advise against pornography, as that indeed is a black hole. If your intent is to redress a sexual imbalance in society, then I commend you.
Semen retention has many benefits no doubt, but one needn't become obsessive about it. That would be the other extreme. You have to observe your life: if masturbation does not interfere with your creative life and relationships, then it's fine. If it DOES affect those aspects adversely, then you may need to cut down. It's about balance. For me the central issue is creativity: since a lot of people don't live the creative life, they develop destructive tendencies. They can watch porn. Or they become obsessed with what women think of them. They focus on the external. Semen retention helps with creativity, with athletic performance, but the problem may be broader than massive numbers of people just jacking off excessively. In other words, if one were living creatively, masturbation or no masturbation would probably not even be an issue. Ask yourself: if the person were leading a highly productive life, would he even care that he sometimes masturbates? Does he have to frame it in terms of "transcending the sexual instinct"? The sex drive would simply have a modest place, because that individual has many other interests and things to do.
A huge problem is people's ambivalent relationship to creativity. While many DO celebrate creativity, many parents consider it risky (in many cases). Children are encouraged to find stable and respectable positions in life. Parents typically think: "You can be creative, darling, on the side. You can make painting your hobby." Not all parents, of course, but many. If your creativity doesn't reap material rewards, if it doesn't lead to a comfortable and stable life, it will not likely be encouraged. Schools don't really contribute to creativity; they usually stifle it. So with all these pressures and lack of sincere encouragement, people try to conform to certain conventional standards. Some manage to do so successfully. Others do not. Some strong people go against their parents and wholeheartedly pursue their creative life, or if they're fortunate, have the backing of their parents. Yes, people want you to be productive and intelligent, but within certain confines, within the current trends. Materialistic values still predominate, and your productivity or "creativity" must still be led by those values. The creativity that gets repressed (or is brushed aside) is a breeding ground for all manner of perversity and destruction. This is the real culprit.
