I agree that even when i am in moments of amonisty I just have to smile and laugh through it because nothing compares to peace and joy of the most high God.

I retained last year for 4 months then had sexual encounter with someone I met at a music festival. Listening to the birds singing, smiling while looking at people (I like sharing my energy when I'm full on ☺). My attention was attracted by a man standing near the entrance to the store. He was selling some strange sticks (as it turned out later - it was sandalwood sticks) . I looked him in the eyes and for the first in my life I've met someone at the same frequency as me. Our first words was about duality of this world. We were smiling all the time. It was the feeling like we were sharing the energy with each other and double it just with watching in the eyes. I was - what the hell is going on heeeeere 🤪. That man has been practicing yoga for about 15 years. I understood from this that no matter what path we're going - we will be at the same place anyway. Semen retention or yoga or meditation - doesn't matter. But I'm choosing semen retention cause it's happening with no effort. Meditation I understand - is not for me cause I just can't sit still for so long, I'm really active man😝😝😝
meditation can simply a moment to moment inner check in to be aware that we are formless or presence or consciousness (the word isnt important that we use)-- but to realize our formless eternal nature. This can be done at any given moment. Its not difficult but yet very effective.

Hi Yosh - I just hit 40 days today! One thing I wanted to ask you, is it normal to feel fatigued all the time while doing semen retention? I experienced a semi-flatline a few weeks back that I'm still going through (flatline meaning that it was really about my psyche digging up unresolved emotional things that I needed to experience). I realized I'm constantly tired. Although I do still have time to do work and exercise... it's more noticeable to me now than before.
My bro, I am at 50 days. During my 30-40 days I felt fucking tired most of the time and not motivated. These past three days I just started to have more energy, bursts of energy and motivation and happiness for doing productive things and just being. Maybe it is related to the fact that I started running in the morning before I start to study, having a clean diet and fasting and (mostly) having allowed my body to recover. So give it some time don't eat processed sugar (it lowers your testosterone makes you feel down and in my experience has caused couple of wet dreams), try to exercise (cardio makes me feel really good) and meditate but mostly understand that your nervous system is recovering as Yash has said many times so chill. It can take some time, but bro be happy to know you are healing and with time and good habits you will be better I promise. I am so happy for me right now because I am getting through this flatline, and maybe we have to go through more flatlines but bro I feel happy for you because I know that if you keep on going through this path you will feel better. Try some of advice if you feel like it (exercise, diet, meditation, no sugar) and I hope the best for you :)

Luckily for me, I consciously knew that I should give up sugar, keep meditating, and that i should exercise more, and try to get as much sleep as possible. So at least I've covered those bases. :) I appreciate your response. We got this!

I remember at times i would have convo with females, get their number. Then all of a sudden I'd be like whats the point 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾I'd end up not keeping the number not talking to em at all. There are some good humble females on the path but they're rare af. The ones who always want an ego boost cause of their looks or expect guys to initiate. Alot of lame bs goin on lol, I like being one of the guys that walk right pass em like nothing is there, speak and keep it movin i dont like giving out attention cause most of em assume the same ole shhi
@@dejvasik yes it got much better. Almost minimal anxiety. But I again relapsed, watched porn again & hooked with girls too (but not full blown sex) and again on monk mode since a few months.
@@dejvasik it was more or less the same intensity. I felt better maybe after 7-8 months. Basically, when I stopped fretting over my anxiety and came to know it is due to dopamine haywire, I gradually became used to it and eventually started enjoying day to day activities and anxiety kept on reducing
Hey yash , I'm on my 7th month. I usually have wet dreams every 3-4 days , but for some reason they have stopped completely, I haven't had any emission for 1 month. My sleep is completely fragmented, I keep waking up multiple times throughout the night , can you tell if this normal. I'm still doing my spiritual practices (pranayama and meditation) alongside everyday.
Im starting to loose respect for my friends because of this. They always weisel there way to go be with a girl. For example, at certain occasions with friends some leave early to go their thing. So weak cant be around them no more. Masculinity with hanging with brothers and do guy things is out to the window
