Finally, someone discovered piercing light. I highly recommend trying Sharon overcharged edge sniper build. Already saw someone using Afterglow overcharged edge Sharon to skill devourer in 3s, not sure if using piercing light will outmatch.

Have u tried the mod the reloads your weapon everytime ur descendant rolls? It looks like it might fit into your playstyle while keep strengthen first shot active
With that rifle you should be using expanded weak point. It will do more damage and you won't have to worry about reloading.
Nice work, though I'll be looking for a build that's not too demanding with skill. I'm not that good. lol
Yeah, it's great damage, but the skill floor is pretty high. Cost of misplacing a shot let alone missing is large. I think as a general build the infinite vestigial organ is extremely good. The fact that it basically doesn't even benefit from a catalyst is actually a significant perk, both strong and economical.
I like the vestigial organ build, I used it to carry my ass when I first started fighting bosses in hard difficulty, and it really is a very economic and strong weapon

There is a one shot build but it's kind of demanding

Btw, have you considered Dopaminergic Activate or Weakpoint Expansion for ur rifle build?
After testing I think weak point expansion is better than strengthen first shot, however strengthen first shot is exceptionally good for devourer, it helps you 1 phase him. Later this week an update to the build!

it has a good base attack compared to afterglow and its easier to get, it works well with gley since she makes it even more hard hitting with her super sense and other mods in her
404 base attack and good crit and weakpoint modifiers means gley can use it since massacre doesn't proc unique ability anyway. Some guy from JP decided to do a 1 shot gley build with it and killed devourer in less that 1 sec.
They said they aren’t nerfing any of the builds so why say nerf?

Not the next strongest build but your on the right character … think the Japanese build but if u weren’t using that mod … once u figure that out u will see the bridge between 5 mil and 45mil a hit
No, absolutely not stronger than Vestigial Organ build. Massacre and Vestigial Organ builds melt Devourer way faster than this video did. This build is absolutely not one of Gley's strongest.

Devourer in 9 seconds with python massacre build
@@Chaotic_bob It uses a fully maxed out Thundering cage or Python(maxed with catas, not dupes), Sanguine mod or Blood and Iron, get as much CDR and duration as you can and youre good to go
even more damage potential since you don't have 4 piece annihilation set
now do that same thing on a harder boss..i wanna see the potential
Its not geting nerf . Its geting preperetions nerf. So u cant swap modules. Now u just need to w8 adds kill 1 get 1 blood circle and then hit for 40m
I used an incorrect term I guess, the setup is getting adjusted so you can no longer swap modules
For me Super Senses doesnt make sense. 48 r/m rate of fire at maxed level when slowest sniper is 49 (and a pretty bad sniper.) Its a waste of DPS when you can shoot faster with some simple sniper like Different Dream. Not even involving the 5.1 mil gold and kuiper to max it. What the hell am I missing?
I do 20 ~ 30 mil with Enduring Legacy in a Hard Colossi match.
Looks on paper, but idk it feels a lil clunky with the reloading shot
I think Dopaminergic Activate might be a better choice.

Can you guys say this is for the Ult version of the character or not in the thumbnail/title. Tired of clicking the vids and seeing ult versions.
You do not need an ult gley for this build
If there is a ult version for that descendant people will most likely use that in build videos
There's no reason not to be using an ultimate other than the fact you haven't unlocked it yet. The capabilities would be the same minus the Stat changes for the ultimate since you aren't using different builds between regular/ultimate descendants. Just look for regular descendant videos if that's what you want or simply do the math yourself on the status changes.
Sure it looks good on stationary targets and Devourer but what about any of the other bosses that doesn’t fall over if you breath on them?
Sounds like a skill issue to me, hit your shots and your entire argument is fairly gone.

Also why mention "stationary targets" if I can't counter argue saying movement shouldn't be a factor if you're hitting your shots buddy. I have afterglow almost max modules, does this sniper better?
Is that the other gold sniper rifle? That one is better for crit. This one is better for raw dmg.
Tldr; This one is better for oneshots. But both are pretty good imo.
Afterglow is better dps wise
Edit : after double checking, piercing light has a slightly better base and weakpoint dps and afterglow has a better crit dps
For gley its not, Massacre does not proc its Unique ability which is where most of its damage is. Piercing light has better base damage so it will outshoot it without the ability. If you plan on just using Gley like this as a unlimited bullet platform then its better but this would be like making gley a worse enzo tbh.
I think afterglow is good for Gley. However, for a sniper, you won't have enough ammo to keep shooting for other descendants (except enzo). If I can only take one shot, I will definitely go with piercing light. If both of the snipers crit, piecing light will always have larger dmg per shot due to its almost doubled base dmg. I will also add fire elemental damage to the sniper, as elemental dot damage relies on crit and crit dmg and fire elemental damage has highest additional dot damage compared to other elemental damage, it has no relationship with weakpoint. With the technique cancelling animation showed in the video, I don't really care much about fire rate debuff, recoil debuff, reloading debuff.
The super sense nerf was awful.
hmmm.. this dmg you only get with a sniper. so this is not the best build. its one of a possible build which does great dmg, if you like playing sniper. which by the way is only useful in boss fights.
Gley’s role is doing high damage not clear ads. If you’re looking for ad clear you’re looking at the wrong descendant
@@justvibin5584 so not true! I cleared so many mobs with gley, I did finsihed specialmissions till the end with her. she is a great in many ways.
