(1) can sinking fund and FDRs be used to pay PMC charges?
(2) for paying PMC charges upto the stage of builder selection, can the Society divide the respective charges by total carpet area of the society and charge each member as per carpet area of the premise owned by member?
(3) after builder is selected, society decides to hire PMC also for the stage of keeping a watch on redevelopment work for the Society. Can the society make the selected builder pay charges to PMC for this stage of work of the later?
How foolish/naive will be the society who think the builder will pay for the PMC and he will take care of the society’s interest.🤣
