Everything he is saying in true. I owned two gyms when Covid hit so I cleared out all the equipment inside so people could workout outside. Then I accidentally turned the inside into event spaces and hit a gold mine. Bought out 4 or 5 rental companies and been scaling more locations since. Now my gym members be like "You dont love us no more"...You damn right...lol

I’m here because, I moved an a luxury apartment I can’t necessarily afford and been renting out the rooftop space. It’s way more beautiful than the average event space. Renting it out covers my rent so that’s a plug for any of you reading this.

@@drinkswithdrea hello. Thanks for checking in. No, I have not obtained an event space, but I have started an event planning business providing Balloon Decor and Dessert Tables. This just happened and I'm getting my feet wet with this. I do plan to host some events in my area as I see some things not offered that the community would benefit from.

@@TonettaClay no, in my area many of the spaces are hesitant to allow event spaces due to concerns around noise, Parking, etc. I’m now looking into creating more of a bar n grill but it’s a completely different business model. Keep going I know you will get your event space soon 🙏🏾❤️
