Grant is a beast, really forcing us to re-think everything we thought we knew about money and financial freedom. Loved the concept of making education more entertaining so it reaches and resonates with more people. 🔥
Grant doesn't have financial freedom. He teaches Leverage. The way he sees it is the more debt on his assets the more leverage he has. He makes the bank keep him up. If you got a 1million dollar loan and make 60K/mo you pay the interest and the rest is yours. Good credit plus money and the asset then you get a new property and repeat.

@@btw-hl9id I personally started off with 4 single family homes and finally got me a two family. For some reason, I never had any real issues with my homes, but my two family. I was getting calls left and right. Now, i just sold my two family and was able to walk away with 87k profit. I'm thinking about making the leap to a 4 unit, but I definitely know, you got to have a crew set in place to handle calls, issues with neighbors, bed bugs, not paying rent and so on. With me having a full time job, you definitely cant be lax. But I do agree, money comes a little better despite having a higher turn over. You definitely can reach goals better financially aswell

This wouldn't be a good battle. They're both giving good advice that helps people, but nothing works for everyone. Dave's advice is about conservatism and discipline. Grant is more about being aggressive. You gotta go with the strategy that fits your personality.

Hell ya I bought mine and paid it off in 5 years. He talking about the maintenance their really isn't much lol. Property taxes is a joke to you can come up with 5-10k a year.
Facts! The only downside he gives to owning the house you live in is you're less mobile. Then goes to extol the benefits of cash flowing real estate. 🤦🏿♂️ prime example of having to separate shit from jewels. Grant 98% jewelry 2% shit.
20% for investment property, 5% primary residence. Both Grant and MG were right depending on what type of loan you are looking for.
25% for non primary investment property doesn’t matter the amount of doors.

Cardone is the new age and more entertaining version of Robert Kiosaki.. They both got the exact same message but two different styles. They even make their money the same way (large real estate deals). Dope Nonetheless 💯
Robert way more knowledgeable and wealthier than Grant. Grant has charisma and that literally is his Ace in his deck of cards. Robert money talks for itself. He doesn't need the dramatics for us to buy his story.

Grant is great at the big topics like “more doors, cash flow, interest only loans, cash is trash, etc.” When he’s trying to make a point and gets into the actual numbers he struggles. Understand that he is a deal maker and there are tons of quality information every time I listen to him. However, please check his numbers. Love you, Grant!

I bought my first single family home when I was 18, I paid cash & did all the repairs/updates myself. I lived in it for eight years & when I sold it I made a killing. On the surface it looks like I won, but if I had to do all over again I would have bought a commercial property & rented all units out except for the one I lived in.
You owned it fully is why you were able to make a profit! I think single family homes are profitable as long as u own it fully, not having to owe a bank every month. But commercial is definitely where it is at

This is so interesting cause I read Dave Ramsey 10 years ago and lived my life by it. Only had 1 secured credit card for 6months, no other debt. So fast forward I only have a mortgage debt, my house is a liability cause I was taught to just buy a house for me, and I’m trying to get into buying apartments now and I’m kinda far behind cause I have to basically rebuild again.
That's who Uncle Grant is referring to when he says "Grandpa Dave".. Dave Ramsays advice is good if you're an employee but when you want financial freedom... He doesn't know how to expand

Stock can drop from top to bottom and still be a 60 bagger. All this in 10y. investing is a very long journey where our temperament gets tested. have to have the capacity to suffer for long periods. have lived through the examples above, naming the stock today is pointless.
proper research, good analysis is what you need to make profit in this constant market.
I have tried investing but got discouraged by the constant fluctuations in price.
@@Jme--- That wouldn't bother you or be a problem if you let a coach guide you but bear it in mind that price fluctuations is part of the market but using coach makes the difference.
