I am never surprised by the amount of weight you do, as I know you are a master of your craft...but the cardio endurance to push through those sets is just awe inspiring. I have a lung disease that prevents me from really getting into that next gear for leg development...I know the growth is in those high rep ranges with lots of weight but my lung function is about 50% & once that function is gone its gone & I dont think my lungs will ever be able to tolerate a level of cardio like this (born with cystic fibrosis). Ill always watch you train legs for the motivation regardless of what im capable of doing. Its nothing short of amazing bro. Best to you in 22 & beyond!
