    Great video, thanks for the added information what to focus on. I’ve been so focused on doing pull-ups without assistance, however I do feel that you are right with other muscles taking over. Looks like I’ll continue with my assisted as one goal is to form my back. 💪🏼

      Absolutely! I did normal pull ups for years but my back didn’t improve. As soon as I switched to assisted, I noticed a lot of better connection with the muscle and more improvement.

    Your foot placement on the dumbell rows is different to what I have seen before, how come you dont stagger your feet?

      Both positions are fine. Squaring up how I have it’s takes pressure off my low back and torso.

    How much rest time between working sets? This is a ~30min video but how much time were you actually in the gym for this session? Thx. i appreciate the little explainers you share about proper form and movements.

      Usually 90 seconds in between or maybe a little longer on leg and back days with heavier movements.
      No problem! Wanted this to be hardcore but also informative.
