The video is very helpful. This watch is a very good model, I've had it for many years. I wouldn't trade it for the apple iWatch. The SGW-100 battery life is up to 2 or more years. The iWatch is 18 -24 hours. iWatches aren't in the same league. Recharging every day is a hassle. If you want a fitness tracker, get a fitbit Flex2. I have both and together they are much cheaper than an iWatch and do what I want. I still have to recharge the Flex2, but it is every 4 or 5 days, so while not ideal, is bearable.
You are right mate.i have this watch from 2012 and i didn't replaced his battery by now.i will do it these days and i'll do it becouse of the poor light intensity only.

I'm sorry I already give this watch to other so can't check that out. try to download the manual (in pdf) and search for temperature calibration (if any).
i find the city code but iwant to reset the time..you told that i press c bit if i press the c its usually go to stw...how to fix my problem..plz answer me..
This watch is great until you have to change the battery.... ...Then the adjust button doesn't work...Then you SMASH WITH A HAMMER....which is what I did.. GREAT watch for people who have more patience than is HUMANLY IMPOSSIBLE

How do you turn on/off the beeping cycle? I’ve been trying to figure it out for MONTHS lmao
Hold C down until a bell with a slash appears. To turn it on do the same thing. C is the lower left button.

How to change the straps?
As I remember, it use spring bars. You just need to push the top of the spring bar using tiny rod or small screw driver.
