Ok so what I’ve noticed is that when I put the watch upside down band rotate the watch that’s when the arrow is accurate for some odd reason. What does that mean?
I frankly don't know why, sorry. On a usual compass, when upside down, north and south are same, east and west are switched. Could be something with the magnetic declination / inclination of the location.
Good day, it's best to set the declination if needed. Refering to www.magnetic-declination.com/Libya/Agedabia/1537889.html, the declination is about +4 degress

My calibration for the compass doesn't want to work no matter how many times I tried. It's a brand new watch I just got yesterday.
Good day. Have you checked the magnetic declination of your location ? Some area has high declination like 20-30 degrees

I own this watch. The compass requires calibration monthly. You won't always get the please calibrate. I calibrate it now before I notice any issues.
