The camera shot outside the car... really trusting your equipment there! Your "interview" on the Adventure Jogger was fantastic! Thank you! Hoping the midwestern weather treats you well.
Great catch up with your training, Ryan and I’m also heat training in the UK for a 100k at the start of July. But this year rather than just putting miles in on the moors I’m tailoring it for the terrain I’ll be running on i.e. farm tracks, trails and country lanes. Something I’ve been bad at in the past but your videos are a good reminder. I’ve also got my CP / fuel / miles crib sheet that you showed us a few years back. Priceless!❤
Your running videos have inspired me to get out there for years, ever since your beginnings. I've been in a rut the last year or so, but am about to get out there. Good timing for your video as motivation. Keep them up and good luck
Last summer at IMCDAhalf, I discovered I could shove handfuls of ice down my tri suit. I didn't always love where they settled, but it was effective! 😀
I'm assuming that if you put ice in that small top compartment on the Salomon vest, then the rest of your packed great will also get wet... I use that small pocket to store items that I want access to without the need to remove the pack. I kept a ziplock trash bag in there during my last 50 mile race. On other runs, I've put TP in there.
I love these videos of long trainings. It's kinda a boost to my mentality for the next run. Thanks.
that is awesome to hear, thank you, and good luck training Alex!
Perfect, I needed some greenery to inspire me to get on the trail tomorrow 🌲🌲🌲
Loving the special effects at 10:45 😳😆

Hahah yeah that happened to me one time too at Muncie 70.3 😆

I ran BR100 last year. It was definitely hot. I finished but I was wrecked. Great race.
Awesome, congrats on the finish!! Going to do everything I can to get ready for that heat!
Would you use these shoes for a 100miler?
What trail is this?
No riding lawnmower?😂
haha not this time thankfully!!
What did you think of the Rift? How does it compare to the Speedboat? Mafate Speed 4? Tecton X2? Thanks!
