You can serve notice for termination of contract anytime with set period , however during the probation period , it may incur to repay visa and other associated expenses born by the company… some companies you may come to a mutual agreement upon discussion as well.

Yes can serve notice if it’s mentioned in your contract.and can resign without notice if that’s how in contract. However as in school, not sure if you have any obligations mentioned in contract like completion of a term or so. Hope the HR accepted your resignation. And as well give you gratuity as you have completed more than one year of service. As you are in husbands visa, presume there would be no legal issues. Hi mam, I have concern regarding the probation period. Due to some emergency reason I have taken 14 days emergency leave in the probation period. Now my six month probation going to complete in the 27/03/23.can I resign after that or else I need to serve extra 14 days which I have taken during emergency period.
There’s nothing like emergency leave that Is contractually bound..it’s a mutual understanding between both parties is what I understood from my research… so I presume you need to complete that period as well to successfully finish the probation. Please check with hr / line manager if you want to clarify on the successful completion of probation period.

14 days notice I have mevyoned is by the company if they terminate… kindly listen once more as under probation notice period obligation is mentioned for the employer as well as for employee. When you resign from the company, you need to provide notice and get acknowledgment of receiving your notice. If you are in probation as per how your contract terms, the reimbursement of payment for cost of recruitment etc all are to be paid by the second employer or as mutually agreed by you and your company. ഹലോ മാഡം ഞാൻ അലൈൻ ഉള്ള Alreem കമ്പനിയിൽ 7.5 - വർഷം ജോലി ചെയ്തു .ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ കേസ് കൊണ്ട് 8 മാസം മുൻമ്പ് ജോലി രാജി വെച്ചിട്ട് നാട്ടിൽ വന്നു .കമ്പനി പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം 3 മാസം നോട്ടീസ് പീരിഡിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തു .പക്ഷേ ഫൈനൽ സെറ്റിൽമെൻ്റ് തന്നപ്പോൾ വിസ ബാലൻസ് ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് എൻ്റെ 1070 ദിർഹം കട്ട് ചെയ്തു .ഞാൻ തിരക്കിയപ്പോൾ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു കട്ടിങ്ങ് ഇല്ല എന്നാണ് അറിയാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത് .എനിക്ക് ഈ കാശ് തിരിച്ച് കിട്ടാൻ എന്തങ്കിലും മാർഗ്ഗം ഉണ്ടോ.? over Time ൻ്റെ കാശ് തരാതെ വന്നപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ കേസ് കൊടുത്തിരുന്നു .അതിൻ്റെ വൈരാഗ്യമാണ് ഇല്ലാത്ത പേരിലുള്ള ഈ സാലറി കട്ടിങ്ങ് . രണ്ട് മാസം മുമ്പ് ഞാൻ ഈ കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞ് CEO ക്ക് മെസ്സേജ് വിട്ടിരുന്നു .അപ്പോൾ സാർ പറഞ്ഞ മറുപടി ഈ കാര്യം UAE-ൽ ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ പറയണമായിരുന്നു എന്നാണ് .ഈ പറഞ്ഞ സാറിനേ കാണാൻ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 6 മണി വരെ ഓഫീസിൽ ഇരുന്നു . സാർ ഓഫിസിൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ എന്നെ കാണുകയും ചെയ്തു സാറിൻ്റെ സെക്രട്ടറിയെ വിട്ട് എന്നോട് കാര്യം തിരക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതാ.... ഈ കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞ് പിന്നെ msg വിട്ടപ്പോൾ സാർ എൻ്റെ WhatsApp blockആക്കി .ഈ കാശ് എനിക്ക് കിട്ടാൻ എന്തങ്കിലും മാർഗ്ഗം ഉണ്ടോ? Yes can serve notice if it’s mentioned in your contract.and can resign without notice if that’s how in contract. However as in school, not sure if you have any obligations mentioned in contract like completion of a term or so. Hope the HR accepted your resignation. And as well give you gratuity as you have completed more than one year of service. As you are in husbands visa, presume there would be no legal issues. I have concern regarding the probation period. Due to some emergency reason I have taken 14 days emergency leave in the probation period. Now my six month probation going to complete in the 27/03/23.can I resign after that or else I need to serve extra 14 days which I have taken during emergency period.
There’s nothing like emergency leave that Is contractually bound..it’s a mutual understanding between both parties is what I understood from my research… so I presume you need to complete that period as well to successfully finish the probation. Please check with hr / line manager if you want to clarify on the successful completion of probation period.

When you resign from the company, you need to provide notice and get acknowledgment of receiving your notice. If you are in probation as per how your contract terms, the reimbursement of payment for cost of recruitment etc all are to be paid by the second employer or as mutually agreed by you and your company.
