Great video, just one small step in the lock cylinder lever removal was missed. With the key in the lock, rotate the key counter clockwise to enable you to depress the retainer clip, then you can pull the outside handle off. I saw you do it but a novice might not have caught that critical step. Thanks.

The comment: I would test for depth after adjustment (BEFORE putting the key-side lever back on) in case you have to re-adjust one more time.) Question: Your drill is AWESOME!!
