Thought Chicago was the Windy City? Our list of the windiest US cities says otherwise

Like most of you, we thought the Windy City, Chicago, was the windiest city in America! It's not, and it didn't even make the top ten! That surprised us, so we searched NOAA data to find out the real list of the windiest US cities.
