Nice comparison- thanks. Was tempted by the Anker but think I’ll stick with my Delta 2. Being able to run more things is awesome - nothing worse than the overload sign coming on

Anker is putting out some great products and they seem to have a good reputation for customer support.
I often use my Ecoflow power stations as back up and the 5521 ports connect directly to the router's power port. This saves critical power during an outage.
I also rarely use more than 2 of the AC ports.

Can you use either of these devices when your house loses power? If so, how?
Yes, you can to a certain extent. I plan on having two Anker Solix C1000 units with the backup batteries. I am going to install a transgender switch on my boiler so I can have heat in winter. I am not sure of the wattage, but I cannot imagine my boiler being over 400 watts of draw when it is running. I can run my fridge with the second unit, or I can have both dedicated to my fridge when it is hot out.
These devices will not run everything in your house or apartment. The output is way too low. It would take a very large generator to even do that. However, one would be able to run a few essential appliances and a few convenience items. If a person gets a little creative , they can also extend the run time.. For example, the Anker can power my fridge for about 11 hours without the extra battery. Fridges can keep cold air in for quite awhile. I would bump the operating temperature a touch colder and run my fridge for about 20 minutes every couple of hours to extend the battery. I would also run the fridge after opening it, which means plan accordingly.

The size of the device doesnt determine power.
He was stating that the size of the device was probably a result of the extra capacity. More batteries take up more room.

I usually watch videos at least 1.5x speed but was working to keep up here at 1x. That being said, I appreciate video. Comparing options for Prime Day. Both of these are sub $500 right now.
