Even a garden hose will get hot enough to heat the water but once you start running water it cools rapidly and I suspect the same here You could not get continuously hot water
There will not be much heat in late afternoon and night or maybe even early morning when you need most hot water. In the tropics it is not desireable or necessary.
Did this last week, worked so well that i had to combine the water with cold to prevent it from burning me. Also saved me money when boiling water since it come out boiling. Future is now my friends.
