Although the house lacks curb appeal from the front, the rear garden is quite attractive. The rooms look spacious, and though the kitchen and shower room are dated they are fully functional. I noted lots of bookcases! I suspect that the camera lens exaggerates the distance to the town center and that it is closer than it appears. The house seems to be well maintained.
