yep, Heath Kirchart's challenge only works with quick shove out. Like, "normal" BS shove won't trigger it. So one must not forget to enable quick shoves in options ;)

I haven’t updated the challenges because there’s an issue with old save files not updating the fixes. But I’ll see about just posting all the updated lists soon. What other ones are you struggling with? I can probably just tell you what to do
When I saw the bump to trash can gap at love park I thought for sure there would be a historical challenge for the 360 flip by Josh Kalis but I guess not
manny santiagos switch KF fs board and fs bigspin bs board are not registering for me and ive tried it in every stance. not sure if its just me or if others are experiencing this as well

I'm stuck on big banks 10 set. Kick flip frontside nosegrind, but I skate goofy. Tried on the left rail, nothing. Tried it switch, nothing. Am I supposed to change stances? If so, how?
Just go to apartment, go to the closet on the right, go to change / select skater and you can either change to a character that is regular or just change your stance of the custom skater

Why exactly don’t some challenges complete even though I’m doing them Exactly as shown ? Changing my stance and going to those specific spots (pyramid ledges specifically) getting frustrating
Cause some challenges are either a bit bugged or the trigger area is slightly off. Also, some tricks need to be certain stances because it replicates the real life trick that was done at that spot. I get that it’s a bit annoying to have to change stances and learn how to skate that way for a challenge, but they want to stay true to the skater that did the trick. doing tricks in different stances is part of the challenge too
@@JLNightmare nah I get that, I’m the right stance for the tricks I’m trying. The issue is either the trick isn’t registering as it should be or like you said just must be bugged. Did a few of the pyramid ledges tricks following the guide exactly and no matter what just wouldn’t register for a couple specific tricks for me. Front blunt for example keeps saying BS blunt no matter how I try to go at the ledge haha
So, the way Bigflip / Bigspin into slides works is different than how it works on flat or over stuff… you only need to do a 90 turn into the slide for it to count as a Bigspin/ flip. So a bigsflip Fs Noseslide is just a Varial Kickflip to Fs noseslide BUT we call that a bigflip noseslide.

I also need to switch nollie kickflip to fs boardslide but when I go switch and nollie kickflip the boardslide is always bs. I need to switch my stance to goofy so that regular is switch. You shouldn’t be in the wrong position for the Nollie out. You said you boardslide… which is the wrong slide. Do Varial flip to Fs Noseslide, since you are now on your nose for the slide, popping any trick out is Nollie. So you just flick your right stick to Nollie heel out. Make sure it looks exactly like it does in the video
no they usually arent. Just for this update they had to reset because the in game money now saves and you dont get money from challenges you completed before the update :P
The "Kirchart bs tail shuv out" is just not working for me... did it like 100+ times, manual catch, auto catch, quickshuv... nothing. Even did it on all three of "levels"... nothing. And that's the only one I can't get. Some of the other challenges were also glitched and Suciu's "bs 50/50 fs bigspin out" only unlocked for me when I got stuck at the end of the grind, dropped and then did a fs bigspin on flat ground after like 20 perfectly done ones.
Dude you have no idea the insanity of that switch 50-50 to bigspin out brought me to. So so so broken. I was recording every single perfect one I landed and was going to send them in but I feel it's pretty much pointless after they didn't give us a summer patch.
That’s strange.. both times I did this I got them to register first try.. try to copy the video exactly (location, rotation amount,, etc) since this footage was taken from the times it triggered

@@6.thedollar415 imagine seeing sunlight being pouring through a window in a dark room, that's what godrays are. they are implemented by adding that effect to every way possible; small spaces between leaves, buildings, etc.
For some of them yes (I do specify in video if the stance can be done in both or just 1) but, try it Switch first and see if it will register, if not just choose a skater that is the opposite stance as you and try the mission again.
Double tap isn’t the way anymore. The new way Is currently not working as intended. Pretty much you let go of your grind input for a sec, then reinput to the direction you wanna pop out. So if nosegrind, let go then reinput to the right instead of back up, then pop. If you wanna pop straight back onto ledge, reinput UP

Hey people! I have troubles with the Aaron Suski 5-0 at Banks Ledge. It’s the last one I need to register... I tried many times on each ledges, with and without pop out, flip in and out, in regular and goofy, started on each side, it doesnt register the trick. Anyone has an advice?

I haven’t had much issue with that. For the E3 trick.. pop out early and slightly over rotate when you do the bigflip out. Remember it’s just a Varial flip out then turn to Fakie
Banks bump to gap on xbox let's me get the treflip but not the nollie bs heel. On pc I have the nollie bs heel but it won't give me the treflip. Thanks for the summer update!
There goes a half hour of my life. I remember the days when I could have all challenges completed before they broke everything and then said "fuck it" to the road map they put out.
That police ledge the kickflip bs tail bigflip out the ledge feels weird I'll land in the bs tail and hell just fall out and that's even if I can land on the ledge. Anyone else have this problem?
Yeah, Microsoft doesn’t allow them to name it 0.0.0.7a when they release patches so every time they release patch, it’s going to change the number instead
I do personally, I love that hardcore is available in game rather than through mods. You catch all your tricks so perfectly and I'm still just working on kick and heelflip catching
Yes I had that problem big time but on the 13 set. i dunno how I fixed it, I kept changing what angle I went towards the rail and using the pockets to pop to the side

@@jeanpoincelet you need to skate the ledge to the right . Did that dang fs overcrook a hundred times then I decided to go to the ledge on the right and it worked first try.
I think the e3 challenge is broken i did a perfect kickflip bs tail bigflip out and it said it and everything. I didnt rotate to get into the tail either. Its so irritating lol
It’s not completely broken but it is tough to get to register. 3 things you can try: -Over rotate the bigflip so you’re doing close to a 270 outs -under rotate so you’re barely getting the 90 Or -pop off the ledge earlier instead of right at the end of the ledge

Cause that’s what it is, a Fs shove to boardslide, but in skateboarding, when you do a pop shove into a trick like boardslide, tail / noseslide, it’s called Bigspin.
@@JLNightmare yo JL I’ve been skateboarding for 20 years , I know what a front bigspin . It just doesn’t register the historical challenge and calls it a front shuv boardslide instead of front bigspin boardslide (which is what the challenge is...)
Turn on trick names to make sure you’re getting Nollie Backside 180 Heelflip and Switch Fs 180. Do it in the exact same locations as in the video and it should work

The switch front blunt on the 10 stair doesn't work I've done it over 100 times and it says it's a nose slide not a blunt I'm going all the way over the rail and locking into the front blunt and it says noseslide... and the front salad is broken to no matter what way I go it's a suski fuckin infuriating

Sorry, that part is incorrect, it’s Marc Sucius back tail shove out. I used the wrong background for the info lol Try doing it with quick shove (one stick scoop) out. If that doesn’t work try popping it.
@@JLNightmare idk if it was just when the map initially loaded up since they extended it but only that side of the pyramid, the board wasn't rolling. It was like skating in mud.
If you could, join the official Session discord (link in description ) and post a video of the issue in either Pc-Bugs or Xbox-Bugs (whichever one the issue is occurring on) and we can see if me or other people can replicate it and try to fix it.

@@DorienKalifornia I had that same problem lmao. Also that line is soooo finicky. My advice for that is make sure you’re doing the bs 50-50 on the left rail and you get on the rail perfectly.
I used to always prefer console.. but Session changed my mind about that. I’ll still buy games on consoles but depends on what it is. Pc just doesn’t have limits.. modding, high FPS, quality..etc :p

Yea, you have to change to a skater that is regular to do it. Some grind / slide tricks can be done Switch ONLY if there isn’t a flip in or flip out.

Change to a skater that is Goofy (go to the apartment) or change your stance of the skater you are using (can be done in the apartment)

Try to rotate your body the other way so you land fakie. Sometimes that works for some reason

Can't get Vic's awesome challenge. I'm doing it right in Brooklyn banks but it's not working. Big flip, fs nose slide, Nellie heel. Nothing.
It can be done anywhere, make sure you are registering Varial Kickflip, Fs Noseslide and Nollie heel (land back in your normal stance not to Fakie)

You can either use a Bank to launch you over or raise the pop height.
You can do it on default pop but it’s very precise

Sometimes popping out early and landing on the lower ledge makes it register. Also do you have trick names on and is it registering ONLY the Fs 5-0?

Banks bump to gap on xbox let's me get the treflip but not the nollie bs heel. On pc I have the nollie bs heel but it won't give me the treflip. Thanks for the summer update!
They should all be fixed in September

There goes a half hour of my life. I remember the days when I could have all challenges completed before they broke everything and then said "fuck it" to the road map they put out.

That police ledge the kickflip bs tail bigflip out the ledge feels weird I'll land in the bs tail and hell just fall out and that's even if I can land on the ledge. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, Microsoft doesn’t allow them to name it 0.0.0.7a when they release patches so every time they release patch, it’s going to change the number instead

I do personally, I love that hardcore is available in game rather than through mods. You catch all your tricks so perfectly and I'm still just working on kick and heelflip catching

my back noseblunt on the 10 stair rail keeps registering as a noseslide, anyone else having this problem?
Yes I had that problem big time but on the 13 set. i dunno how I fixed it, I kept changing what angle I went towards the rail and using the pockets to pop to the side

I did the fs 180 fakie 5 0 fs 180 out 100000000000 times but it just doesn't register

@@JLNightmare yeah i did everytime. I got it now I just put the settings on easy instead of hardcore and did 10 of them and then it just worked somehow

I can't seem to get 50% of the pyramid ledge tricks to register. I've bs noseblunted it 100 times

@@jeanpoincelet you need to skate the ledge to the right . Did that dang fs overcrook a hundred times then I decided to go to the ledge on the right and it worked first try.

I think the e3 challenge is broken i did a perfect kickflip bs tail bigflip out and it said it and everything. I didnt rotate to get into the tail either. Its so irritating lol
It’s not completely broken but it is tough to get to register.
3 things you can try:
-Over rotate the bigflip so you’re doing close to a 270 outs
-under rotate so you’re barely getting the 90
Or
-pop off the ledge earlier instead of right at the end of the ledge

Why is my 180 “Fakie 5-0” registering as a BS nose grind? Only one that confused me here.
cause the game doesnt know Fakie grinds after 180. in skater terms its Fakie 5-0.. but in other terms its 180 to switch nosegrind.

@@ctorresphotography you need to Fakie half cab (fakie fs 180) out of the fakie 5-0. so FS 180, Fakie 5-0, then flick back foot Down to pop the fakie ollie and do FS rotation

Cause that’s what it is, a Fs shove to boardslide, but in skateboarding, when you do a pop shove into a trick like boardslide, tail / noseslide, it’s called Bigspin.
@@JLNightmare yo JL I’ve been skateboarding for 20 years , I know what a front bigspin . It just doesn’t register the historical challenge and calls it a front shuv boardslide instead of front bigspin boardslide (which is what the challenge is...)

Can't get the first one?
Turn on trick names to make sure you’re getting Nollie Backside 180 Heelflip and Switch Fs 180. Do it in the exact same locations as in the video and it should work

Yea i think it might be a glitch. Did it like 6 times clean and it still doesnt register.
The switch front blunt on the 10 stair doesn't work I've done it over 100 times and it says it's a nose slide not a blunt I'm going all the way over the rail and locking into the front blunt and it says noseslide... and the front salad is broken to no matter what way I go it's a suski fuckin infuriating
The last update broke a lot of challenges. but dont worry, All the challenges will be fixed in 10 days for V1.0

Sorry, that part is incorrect, it’s Marc Sucius back tail shove out. I used the wrong background for the info lol
Try doing it with quick shove (one stick scoop) out. If that doesn’t work try popping it.

Also, for me at least, pyramid ledge 4, you cannot skate that side. very strange bug.
What issue are you having? I haven’t had any problems skating that one
@@JLNightmare idk if it was just when the map initially loaded up since they extended it but only that side of the pyramid, the board wasn't rolling. It was like skating in mud.

@@DorienKalifornia I had that same problem lmao. Also that line is soooo finicky. My advice for that is make sure you’re doing the bs 50-50 on the left rail and you get on the rail perfectly.

I used to always prefer console.. but Session changed my mind about that. I’ll still buy games on consoles but depends on what it is. Pc just doesn’t have limits.. modding, high FPS, quality..etc :p
