Forwards man: Run while holding RB/R1, jump and let go of RB/R1, do Spread Eagle (down on the right joystick/analog), as you’re about to hit the ground press Y/Triangle, and then after you press Y/Triangle doubbletap The Dunno Action.
I'm pretty sure all backwards man glitches can hit insane because the glitch is very inconsistent. It can be as slow as fastplant, or even (theoretically) send you across the map if the game didn't auto respawn you.
just because some of these glitches only go to poor you can use them for epic lines and/or clips unlike if you use an insane speed glitch you cant make epic lines with them due to the insane speed so learning a poor glitch is good and allows you to travel faster without going insane
