    3 Simple steps for making Crispy and Delicious Baby Corn Fry
    Step 1:
    Boil the baby corn by adding salt in 2 glass of water for 5 mins
    Step 2:
    Mix Maida, Corn flour, Rice flour, Chilli powder and Salt along-with water in a bowl to make a thick batter.
    Step 3:
    Dip each baby corn into the batter, roll them in Rava and deep-fry in hot oil (medium frame) till they turn golden brown colour from all the sides.
    Drain on an absorbent paper and serve immediately with chilli-garlic sauce or favorite ketchup.
    Ingredients:-
    Step 1:
    Baby Corn - 6 pieces
    Step 2:
    Maida - 2 Tbsp
    Rice flour - 1 Tbsp
    Corn flour - 1 Tbsp
    Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tbsp
    Salt (as required)
    Step 3:
    Rava - ½ cup
    Oil (as required)
    Enjoy this Crispy Baby Corn with chilli-garlic sauce or favorite ketchup and tea / coffee.
