  • Ingredients for batter
    * Rava / Semolina / Suji - 2 cup
    * Sore yogurt - 1 cup
    * Water as per consistency
    * Salt as required
    Ingredients for Veggie topping
    * Onion - 1
    * Tomato - 1
    * Beetroot - 1
    * Carrot - 1
    * Capcicum - 1/2
    * Green chilly - 1
    * Few Coriander leaves
    * Few Curry leaves
    * Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
    * Salt for taste
    Method for making Rava Uttapam
    Step 1 : For preparing batter , In a mixing bowl , add 2 cup rava , 1 cup sour curd , required water and salt for taste . Adjust the batter consistency like dosa batter
    Step 2 : For making vegetables topping , add Onion, tomato , carrot , beetroot , capsicum , coriander leaves , few curry leaves , red chilly powder , and salt .
    Step 3 : In a pan grease oil or butter than pour the batter and add veggies topping and gentle press so that vegetables get stick to the batter , cook it for 5 mins on medium flame than flip it on other side and cook for another 5 mins .
    Here the Quick and Healthy rava uttapam is ready to serve . Enjoy this with spicy green chutney or coconut chutney or khetcup.
