Best of all, I got to sit next to her throughout our dinner. She was the kindest, most down-to-earth celebrity I ever met. Nothing like the "diva" you might imagine her to be. An absolute delight to be with. I was so saddened when she passed. I consider her one of the top five or six female vocalists of all time. Just a phenomenal talent, and an even better person.

I truly believe you. I recently saw an ad from the late 70s about the VCR and didn't know that. I thought they came out in the early 80s. I do remember that they were bulky silver color with knobs on them. I guess the same with Atari home game console. I thought they were introduced around 1982 but instead they first came on the scene in 1977 I believe.
