As a Jojo fan, I absolutely love this. It’s so well done that it doesn’t look 3D anymore. It looks like it’s a official figurine. Definitely an improvement over the original figurine

I assume the only reason places don't sell statues painted like this is simply because they cannot consistently create quality like this, let alone find enough people who can put out a paint-job of this quality. Amazing job!

I would like mine detailed as this but I still want the green coloring.
I was seriously freaking out seeing the rotation of this piece, as being a big fan of that arc in particular and always enjoying the Borderlands game art style, seeing it fleshed out and to such high detail was incomprehensible

@@hollownxt1295 No no he’s right, the muscle lines in JoJo are incredibly similar to the general art style of Borderlands.
Look up Borderlands characters and you’ll see right away!
So then borderlands has a similar art style to jojo, not the other way around
When I was the thumbnail I thought it was a paper or cardboard doll you painted and was surprised to see that it's actually a figurine. It's amazing how you captured the aesthetic so well that it looks almost 2D to the human eye.

That's absolutely insane. When I first saw the finished model I thought that it was a screencap of official art and you were about to show your own work for comparison, I didn't realize it was your painting until it started turning and my jaw dropped.

Amazing, this is really cool! Jolyne’s back must have been difficult!! That’s such a tricky pose she’s in, with the shoulder blades being in such different positions in relation to her spine! The rotation in the shoulder would be thinning out her Trapezius and Infraspinatus muscles too, making those lines really hard to place, but you did an amazing job! I also really liked your Tatsumaki figurine!
I remember seeing this on Twitter and was blown away with how much it looked Iike the anime. To know you actually re-painted everything by hand is jaw dropping. This is absolutely gorgeous

Currently you can purchase the base figure for $45 on Amazon, if it was painted to this degree the cost would go up to at least $350, or probably even more.
The thing is, I would happily pay that much if the paint job was this beautiful, the difference really is night and day, so high quality!

This is some of the most original art I have seen on TH-cam. I have never seen anyone be able to turn a 3D figure like that into something that looks 2D from all angles. Very impressive
Been returning to my old hobby Warhammer lately and these paint videos are good inspiration to me. This paint job is obviously very different from what I'm trying to do, but it sure is damn well done paint job and looks pretty much like anime character made physical. It would actually be pretty interesting looking Warhammer army painted in this way 🤨
