Fire ritual is very close how it was done in ancient India and still followed today. The word Goma is used for fire ritual, in India it is called "Homa". Sutra recitation happens during the ritual and at the end you take blessings from the fire ritual and I saw people doing it. Great to see this.
Hi!! would like to know if morning meditation, fire ceremony and guided walk in the cemetery are all included in the price (regardless the tipe of room you book) Thanks in advance for the answer and the great videos!
We only took a small carry-on size suitcase with us to Koyasan and left everything else in our apartment in Osaka. But, you can definitely bring larger suitcases up as well, the trains, cable cars and buses cater for them. It's just more work haha
Hmm, not sure spirit guide wants to meet up with me. I think he or he ( I am old school) still doesn't forgive me for when I incorrectly asked the attendant at the harry potter ride if it was Kowai or Kawai (just before taking me 12 YO daughter on it). I choose poorly.

Thanks for doing a bit on this area. We’ll be going there in September and this video really helped!
Yo! Koyasan is an experience we've yet to do. You guys have seriously done more in Japan than us who live here 😂
Haha next time we need to explore a new place in Japan together!
Looks like an amazing trip to Koyasan! Koyasan during winter with the snow looks amazing as well. A lot harder to get up for morning prayers though😅
Ohh we've pictures, looks magical! But we're too sensitive to the cold, so I'm not sure if that'll happen haha
Wow u guys come to Japan a lot. Enjoy
Haha it's our favourite place in this world!
Looks so fun and looks so exciting
It was definitely a place to remember!
