No ,it's not a treatment .It's to find out the condition of your gallbladder .I am supposed to have this done asap .It's to evaluate the Gallbladder function .
I had one it wasn't too bad I had to drink a drink like nutritional drink im sure why I had to drink it but everything was good i had a colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy I was sedated so I don't remember much but everything was pretty good i did have a polyp at the end of my colon but they did remove it and tested it and it was fine no cancer harmless I won't have to have another one until later in my life or earlier if I have really bad symptoms just laying there for a long time is boring

That’s a gamma camera. Some are dual systems that include a CAT scanner but the one in this video doesn’t look like it does :)

Don’t be nervous, I had done in the hospital. You won’t feel it at all. Good luck, I was diagnosed with weak gallbladder.

I asked if they could give me Ensure and they told me no and I'm afraid of the radioactive medicine they are going to inject me

Is this a contrast dye? Same thing they would use with CT scan?
What would happen if morphine is needed but the patient is allergic to it?
