ill probably 3d print the mounting brackets and make a small one, I have a mixer and instruments(drums), so i just want a few eurorack modules because my mixer is not a multichannel recorded with effects, so I want to insert some FX audio envelopes with euroracks to the bass and tom drums, maybe add some metal ringing and resonance to the snare, some high fidelity effects to the cymbals, maybe with some electronic flare idk yet but I want to build a little cab for my mixer to sit above it, and then below the mixer is a set of drawer slides with my Maschine MK3 and Elektron cycles.
Correct, it's countersunk in both directions. By itself it might not be strong enough, but in the wooden box, up against things on all sides, its perfectly fine.

Thank you for being an honest man. It goes a long way and it shows how real this modular world is - kudos. Nice video!
I'm a furniture maker, totally didn't expect to click on a eurorack case vid and see mention of a domino. Nice looking case for sure.

How did you mount the Z-Rails to the aluminum - my guess is that you must have used countersunk M4 bolts? Did you find that sturdy enough?

@@ferrycollider Did you buy the aluminium ends separately? I've been looking at the z-rails, but it seems the ends are separate?

For humor’s sake, would you be interested in doing any custom work? I watched the video and realized I have zero technical faith in myself.
