This is an interesting concept. I made a Mr Frog moveset a few weeks ago. Some of the ideas I came up with are similar to yours but not all the moves I came up with are the same. For example, I made his down b the purple substance which gives Mr Frog a speed buff
@@JamBudds another thing I did was I had his up special in the air be an eagle since Mr Frog has an animal sanctuary. But I do like your version with the gun.

It wouldn't actually be called or look like the goblin bomb in game, it would be a new design. That's just what I used here since that's how the show is. As for quote potential, Jason is in the game

i think if you linger on the Green Goblin bomb it's stops being a parody, also Mr. Frog doesn't really have Quote potential
