A retired non operational TGV hauled by a 72000 class diesel and 140 Steam and it seems like all horns (which are the same two tone sound) are tooting, plus the steam whistle.

This has got to be the slowest cruising speed that TGV ever experienced.

It is a retired TGV and cannot be used on high speed lines anymore. It is locomotive hauled.
