Why Didn't Germany Export Railroads to Britain? There is no difference in performance between the Japanese Class 800 and the German ICE. Moreover, they are connected to the UK by rail, so there is no need to send them by ship.

the German ICE by DB (German Railways) and the OBB (Austrian Railways) Railjet (operated by the Taurus locomotive by Simens also known as the *singing locomotive). Some of the best managed rail networks in the world.
