I was on YT trying to find the location for tuna and came across this video (I found the location btw). I grow Hibiscus flowers (200G per flower) and make Hibiscus Jam (1,800G per jam), which takes 3 flowers for 1 jam. There are 3 wisps in Halo Halo I go to on a daily basis and another wisp by the mine west of the beach. 4 wisp = 12 seeds (12 flowers), 12 flowers = 4 Hibiscus jams (7,200G total). It's very profitable considering that if you sell 3 raw flowers, you'll only get 600G. If you do that regularly, you'll have money in no time, especially if you have other sources of income. Another way is selling flowers and their mutations. Your encyclopedia is your best friend! Hope this helps!!
Thank you for giving a true comprehensive instruction on this game, although 40 hours in I know most of this but there are too many videos bashing the game instead of helping us play it. It's not a hard game. I'm already rich from fertilizer in yr 2. Over 155,000 gold.
That is great! I am glad you figured out that trick. Yeah, the Harvest Moon Community and TH-camrs that I have seen talk about it haven't even beaten Halo Halo, so they really haven't spent much time in the game in order to say anything about it, in my opinion. Its also a waste of money for them if they don't at least invest some time into the game.
@@vitaluka yeah totally. It is not the worst game at all and I only paid 40 for it so it wasn't even full price. I'm now 80 hours into game still like it. Them dam recipes get expensive as hell. Thanks for replying.

I wish I knew. I haven’t played that game in so long and I don’t even remember why you would need them lol. Just keep doing your best or see if someone in a forum knows.
I've just grinders 10 hours, bought 5 chickens a dog and a horse, have just recently unlocked fast transport. Well, just got the 4 woods for the northern bridge.. Ive got loads of money... planting harvesting is a bear, but I dont see the problem.... I definitely need to start learning recipes. I just got a kitchen...
@@vitaluka Ty, I actually had to see a mine bro Raz to make refined ores. Figured it out today. Thank you though, and ty for all the info in your video!
Sorry to post this comment here, I seriously can't find the right place. I am wondering how many plant squares does fertilizer affect? Only one plant? Do you need one fertilizer per plant? Thank you.
@@vitaluka Awsome!! Thank you for the quick reply. I thought it only worked on 1 plant. I appreciate the help. I seriously sent hours on Google trying to find an answer.

Mining helps a lot, turning your compost into fertilizer and selling it, and every vegetable or animal product sells so much better if you make it into a dish first (cook it). Essentially though you want to sell everything that you can except for acorns.
Mining, and refining the ores only goes so far for a bit. Once you start getting into the higher tiered gems, the cost to refine them starts getting awfully close to leveling out, and not giving as much profit. Now, saying that, if you're in the beginning stages of the game (like you haven't beaten it), then grabbing gems/ores and refining them does well. When you get to the first town, and beat that, the first mine unlocks. You'll get tons of iron ore. It's the most common, and cheap to refine (once you talk to guy in desert mine to refine ores, then a second time to refine gems). I used Iron ore a lot, as well as stone (refined to material stone), since both are common in all mines. Since I've beaten the game, I've worked on crops/flowers. Flowers are big money makers. The further the town, the more profit from flowers. So in example, Calisson flowers have less profit than Halo Halo flowers...etc.
Honestly, I don't think any Harvest Moon, SOS or Rune Factory game is ever really a great farming simulation game, as they don't tend to get two modern into the technology behind it. Something like Farming Simulator would be much better if that's what you're going for. Which game is best for you depends on the background gameplay and story lines.

It only affects the one plant. So you would need 1x square for the entire size of the field.
