- This is a video dedicated to the episodes "Mr. Monk on the Run" part 1 and 2. For Natalie at the period of time she thought Monk was dead. I believe in the NataliexMonk pairing!!!

Lovely video. I still like to re-watch Monk from time to time, I grew to love Natalie and the idea of perhaps her and Monk maybe getting together at the end, it was teased at a little that maybe she cared more about him than just a friend. Shame the writers decided to drop that in the finale and bring that pointless and bland submarine guy back in to 'pair up' with Natalie. They had zero chemistry whereas Monk and Natalie had a great dynamic. Maybe we'll get a full reunion show one day! haha!
I feel like she only liked him because he was so close to Mitch

The fact that Natalie kept on replacing the fish without her daughter's knowledge and letting her think that it's the original "Mr. Henry", reminds me of an episode of "The King Of Queens" when Doug finds out that his parent's dog, Rocky, is actually Rocky IV(Rocky 4). They let Doug believe that his original Rocky was still living. LOL!

Yes I agree Natalie should have ended up the new mrs. Monk and I think the writers dropped the proverbial ball on this one , just my opinion as a writer my self.
Ah, so do I! The idea of an affari crossed my mind when I often wondered why she 'deserved' to be murdered like that. I just couldn't figure out who. I was so happy that the daughter was still alive. :D But still... I admit that wasn't the best Monk for a LAST episode. It left no cliffhangers yet... it didn't satifie me at all. :(

Natalie's Husband is DEAD! And, it's called "dead" because that cannot change & nothing could or would ever, EVER undo that loss for Natalie.
But being wi. Monk helped mitigate her berievement because they empathized with each other.
Remember when they thought Trudy'd faked her death& Monk went 2 her grave? Nat asked how he Knew Trudy was realy dead & he said "Because it still hurt".
& Nat understood That.
Those tears are salty - they're going to stain the shirt. Just great!

If you saw the series finale last week, Monk solves Trudy's murder. If you have not seen it yet, it is someone else other than Dale the Whale.

Yes. I saw it. (Remember that comment was posted weeks ago). The finale was great and I was glad to see Monk got closure. Did you notice the change in him after he found Trudy's daughter?? I hope there will be a 10-yr reunion in 2019.

No, no, it says "beloved" not "loved." The "TV PG V" square covers it but if you watch/pause as the camera moves, you'll see the "be" in front of "loved." =3

Surely you didn't forget about his wife, Trudy? Has anyone loved their husband more than Trudy loved Monk? Or Monk loved Trudy?
And, Monk had few friends, but wasn't he very close to those friends?

Natalie was raised in an upper-class environment, where by-the-book, high-society manners dictate that you are not to address anyone by the first name outside of your family unless invited to do so, or you are that person's employer. Since Monk was HER employer, and he appreciated the respect, he let it go on.

I preferred the Badge episode too and wasn't fond of the finale.
