This is my go to when neighbors have music wars… I swear it blocks out all the bass from their music!! Put it on my Bose outside, seems I’m the last person standing since I’ve found this!! Sharing with neighbors now… Piper down!! 😎💚

@@vintagemxer1846 No, it blocks their stupid music out so I don’t have to listen to it. Obnoxious is a 32 hour party thumping bass and cowbells the entire time with no regards to anyone but themselves and their party members. All the drunk drivers on the dirt roads thinking it’s the Audubon and slamming into power poles and “off roading” in peoples yards, that’s obnoxious. I simply turn the radio on, put the speaker outside, and close the door. It creates a sound block to all their live bands and car stereos. And did I mention this is 2-5 times a week? Yeah… I’m obnoxious eh’

I've deployed Scots/Irish pipe and drums at high volume and deep bass on my neighbors who also have no regard or respect for peace and quiet... at ANY time day or night. I've discovered that it has positive results covering Rap bass. I have other pieces of ordinance in my arsenal that are variously effective in shutting my neighbors down: Chinese Opera works well during the day but it lacks bass notes. Mongolian Throat singing is effective but not easy to locate online. Cat fights also work rather well during the day. I tried recordings of artillery fire and that yielded instant results. And right up there with Scots/Irish pipe and drums are those big Japanese Taiko drums. I crank that up and bloody hell!... it rattles everything! Shuts them down right away. However... they just can't seem to get the hint. Their tactic is to slowly ease their volume up. I don't let them win -- "Ailadrodd eich camgymeriad, byddwch yn marw!"

Haha that’s awesome. If they played war tunes they’ve been passed on through ‘watch me, do that’ method of teaching. And each time it’s passed on it learns a new accent. Then they can just come up with their own tunes on the spot what ever comes into their heads and whatever they’re seeing is interpreted into the pipes. They’re memories which is why they take them into battle, it’s their ancestors rally cry don’t let us fade out and it stirs the troops that are fighting into a frenzy. Then enemy are often confused as to why a piper is up the front in the meat grinder because what they’re hearing is something totally different to what the descendants are hearing. To the descendants it’s a rally cry it speaks to their people, to the enemy it’s a warning it turns the battles that any Celt is involved with into frenzies that go beyond control of orders. This is why the British tried to ban them from having bagpipes in their communities, because they aren’t just a musical instruments, bagpipes are an instrument for war, and when the Brit’s were occupying Scotland and Ireland back in dark and Middle Ages, the Brit’s feared the bagpipes that much that they tried to eradicate them from existence. So the Celts hid them and taught them in secret to pass on their memories and managed to evade the English from wiping out that part of their culture. That’s how powerful the bagpipes really are, it kept the Celts alive.

      @@davidchas Yes sir, doing good.
Like yourself, I play many instruments. Guitar, bass, keyboards, trumpet/coronet, 5 string banjo, harmonica, but mostly I'm a percussionist. Classically trained and read music well. Zero wind instruments though, and if handed a violin I'd just have to hand it back! Tried to learn but it sounded like a cat in a blender!😵
Now past 70, my hands are loosing some feeling. Not as fast and smooth as I once was. I play for my own amusement these days. But I had fun earlier in different bands, playing different instruments. I'd do solos in a blues band, sometimes playing Bach or Chopin over the blues grooves. Drove the crowd wild, and make my bandmates nuts! Like Beethoven 9th on a droning harmonica! Had some fun!

Hi Ashley!! This video isn't an album, is imposible that you bought an album with the name Bagpipes of War . It is a TH-cam video compilation with 2 albums of my discography, Hellish Bagpipes and Riocht n'a Gael. Two independents albums. Check it in my bandcamp, or in my other official platforms. If you need to contact me you can do here. Panteroso666@hotmail.com

There are two bagpipes but the hurdy gurdy sound similar because both instruments have drones in C tune, and a melodic voice. But in this themes only are bagpipes. Enjoy it!!

ha! ha! Actually Scotland wanted Union not the English and several Scottish Kings and Queens claimed the throne of England more than vice versa. The last Queen had Scottish blood.

How about letting us come back home as well?..... At least those of us in the U.S. who want to come home. My family never wanted to come here. We were forced. It would be nice to have the right to repatriation if we choose it.⚔️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
Better than letting a bunch of people from the Middle East who hate the culture and want to replace it.
