Good lord, I've never seen a superblast outsole look like yours, not even at 500+ miles. I've probably seen hundreds of superblasts 1s and 2s now. I'd highly recommend you videotape your form (if you have not already) and try to fix your heel drag/shuffling. If that is the only way you can run comfortably, however, maybe pick a slower-versed trainer with more rubber like something from PUMA. PUMAGRIP is one of the few outsole rubbers more durable than asicsgrip. 100% agree with what you said about their outsole rubber compound branding too. ASICS has completely lost most people on that, myself included. Good vid though man, thanks for sharing.
@@MedicineRunner I think personally think Nike’s waffle 🧇 pattern sole and rubber is the best and most durable in the game. There is someone else who said their Superblast sole wore just like mine, and thought they were the only one to experience it. The comment is not on this video, but if I find it, I’ll either tag you or quote here what they said. EDIT: 2w ago, someone commented on my Shoe of the Year video and said, “I appreciate you showing the outsole. The heel of my outsole on one side started ripping at 10 miles (yes, 10 miles) of owning them and every review l've seen shows zero wear there. While that is absolutely unacceptable for any shoe, it hasn't affected performance and everything else with the shoe has been great for me.”
For the algorithm. Asics running shoes!
