Most destructive man Jigmey Jungney doesn’t deserve this post as a representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Tibetan democracy at risk due to Penpa Tsering autocratic attitude and divisive policy. There are many efficient and educated far more better than Jigme Jungney why not appoint them? He has already paid farewell from CTA besides his poor performance when he was staff. All this is a political drama and cheating the people under the direction of Cho miduk Penphak.
